What is 'AGA saga'?

Forced to stay home after turning blind because of an invention, Nobel prize winner Gustaf Dalén   thought of doing another one but this time to help his wife, he saw his wife is exhausted from the kitchen works. Even though he is blind he can't unsee that, so he thought of making a cooker. His priority was to make the process easy using technology. He was a physicist for reference and a chief engineer at AGA company. Taking the concept of Heat Storage principle. Combining a heat source, two large plates and two ovens he made the first AGA cooker. AGA cooker was introduced in 1929 it got popularised aga cookers were a great attraction for British families and was a part of their life style .and that was the beginning of 'AGA Saga' The term was coined because of the popularity of AGA cookers at that time. 

 

Why are we talking about the history? Of AGA cookers this is not a history class or anything we are talking about AGA reconditioning. From the old classical AGA to New Electrical technical upgraded AGA it is a long journey A journey we always remember

When we say Top, we mean it Top area Reconditioning covers the whole top region that includes Plates, Pads, Towel, Rail, Rail Towels Jacket or Diversion. This is done within an hour. Top area Reconditioning offers you a good looking Upgraded and premium quality of AGA in your kitchen

Front and Doors only - Reconditioning AGA

Offering a complete re enamel for the front part and doors of your AGA, changing colours will also be included in this package with no extra cost. Using genuine Vitreous Enamel plus new door shields, Door sightings and front rope seals the option for colour change will be provided to customers.

Silver Package- Reconditioning AGA

This is a Complete package Consists of the re enamel of cooker top and front part with genuine enamel. Complete new lids, Towel rail, liners and side panels, Seats and thermometers, Insulation levels are supplemented and upgraded under the top area, using a new ceramic fine blanket, There is also a fuel burning source and the colour change options are included at no extra cost.

Golden Package-Reconditioning AGA

Golden Package includes complete re insulation of the cooker along with all other services for this process the entire cooker must be removed. Complete Re insulation using all new materials in addition to ceramic fibre blankets, Door pads, and lid pads, all internal gaskets including ovens are stripped out shot blasted and rejointed before treating and re-machining where required. Every nut and bolt are replaced along with all internal gaskets and rope seals. This also includes for a full service and replacement gas valve, oil thermostat or electric thermostat where applicable
